UNIQUE INDIVIDUALS
COMMON INTERESTS
CONNECT TO MEANING AND PURPOSE
Team coaching involves partnering in a co-creative and reflective process with a team on its dynamics and relationships in a way that inspires them to maximize their abilities and potential in order to reach their common purpose and shared goals (ICF).
Group coaching involves coming together with a common interest but not always having the same goal in mind. For example, a group of people may come together to be coached on effective leadership, but each individual has their own final goals to which they would apply their new skills.

The stresses brought on by the COVID 19 pandemic along with the need for physical distancing led to an increased feeling of disconnect between our providers. We were also striving to provide as much support as we could for our staff, but were not acknowledging the need to support ourselves and each other as providers. The Doctoring with Intention and Integrity Program helped our provider group to relearn the importance of caring for ourselves, as well as to value the varied strengths within our group and as individuals that make us such a strong, effective team. ~Pediatric Practice, WA
